Q: How do I open the gate when someone calls from the gate callbox?

      A: Press "9" on your touchtone phone to open the gate for your visitor. If your name or phone number is not listed correctly on the gate callbox, contact Tom at DiscoveryPointFinance@gmail.com

Q: How do I open the gate with my personal 4 digit passcode?

     A: You must first press the # key, then your four digit code on the gate callbox. It helps to wait a second or two between entries. If you need a passcode to open the gate, contact Tom at  DiscoveryPointFinance@gmail.com 

Q: Can we have the gate open for our upcoming party?

     A: Yes, we can schedule the gate to be open for personal events. Contact Tom at    DiscoveryPointFinance@gmail.com a few days before the event

Q: I feel that someone is not following the CC&R's

     A: Please contact any Board member or fill out our standard complaint form (here) and give it to a Board member 

Q: Who do I contact with problems concerning the gate or entryway lights?
